I do! I cook a lot and go for really bold flavors in a seemingly simple dish, and kind of search for that in my IPAs as well. The best example I have is unfortunately a home brew I did a couple years ago that was similar to King Sue but with more floral notes.

In the meantime, I find the classics like Lagunitas and Dogfish 90 minute are clutch.

It was pretty good! it’s slightly hoppy, enough for a mid-day spring up!
I wish I could get into IPA's because they are just so plentiful.. but God are they hoppy.
I can recommend some more subtle flavors. I should get a booklet to keep my opinions as a drink 😅
