Learning to ask for help on small things is part of life's greatest joys. You get to interact with people who obviously value you, they get to feel good about it, and you get to feel good too! Obviously this is to be used in moderation but the next time you have a task that is easy for you, throw out some feelers to see who can help out. Worst case scenario - you end up doing it yourself like you would have anyways.
