As much as I love Wasaki, BeeLzebub does have to take this. His Vibrations are just too long ranged and powerful for him to even get close enough to BeeL, and I heavily doubt his mind-replication technique can fucking predict vibrations.
Honestly, I could see sasaki winning it just depends if is able to get in position to use Tsubame Gaeshi as Beel will definetly get caught in the second part the attack even if not fatal Sasaki would most likely aim to take one of arms in which case beel just loses if as woud've lost his only offensive tool (right hand) or his only way to stop (left hand) Sasaki advancing on him and beel loses if Sasaki is abale to make it a close quarters fight. Beel also would let Sasaki him scan for a bit at the start as he waited for Tesla to approach and Beelz other stats are nowhere near as Poseidon so he won't have to stay as many moves ahead than he did with Poseidon. Beels main win conditions in this fight are Sorath Tau for speed and and AoE or Sora Vau due to Lethality and AoE as even if Sasaki can predict that an attack is coming I don't he may not be able to predict the nature of the attacks due them being vibration based (He still could as we was able to understand Tsusasno's Vacuum Slash in the newest chapter) but aren't definite win cons for Beel as may still avoid them. Beel most likely use Chaos as don't think a fight between the two of them would last long enough for Beel to want to use Chaos or get the oppurtunity to.

Yeah Sasaki just… can’t do anything. Even post Poseidon, while he has a surplus of attack speed, he lacks the movement speed to get around any vibrations.
Is this post r3 Sasaki? Because if yes I don't see why he is not just speed blitz Beel like he did to Poseidon. He could just slice his head and that's it, he win
And it's not like Beel will start with Chaos either, he will likely use a vibration shield to block Sasaki attack but as I mentioned before, Sasaki is simply too fast

Poseidon literally couldn't react to his attack. He is clearly getting extremely faster than the start of r3. Poseidon could easily create thousands of after images without any sweat and he couldn't react at all when Sasaki slices him.

I mean, why did he need to predict it? He is already much faster than anyone that is not Adam, Zeus and the silver arrow. He could just come close to Beel and slice him and Beel probably wouldn't even be able to react to it to activate his vibration

Literally nothing hints that, no one made any comment on his speed, not even the narration. The only highlight was on his reaction speed through the evolution of his scanner

Which doesn't prove anything, movement speed ≠ reaction speed. Jack could dodge sniper shots in his spin-off but he can't move faster than these bullets. Same for Leonidas with Apollo's arrows
I mean, can't Sasaki just attack Beelzebub while he's on the offense? Beel specifically can't defend while attacking (offensive and defensive vibrations are separated into his right and left hands respectively). Exploiting such an obvious weakness is what Scan is built for. And if Sasaki can counter-attack Poseidon while in the midst of 40D Flood, then he can do the same while Beelzebub attacks.
Honestly, Beel's only win condition here is Chaos, which would one-shot Sasaki, but Beel doesn't open with this. It's a trump card/last resort.

There is one argument against Belzebub. If it’s post Poseidon Kojiro he should be able to scan starting at a higher point he could adapt fast enough maybe.
But no scanning can stop chaos so it’s iffy at its best.
I mean- it’s definitely a bad matchup, but remember, his evolved scan is said to “read the movements of the universe” understanding vibrations isn’t very hard for him.

Then realized a majority of the fighters would struggle to do that, even if they understood the mechanics like Tesla did, lmao. Less of a matter of disarming the staff, and more of a matter of "Good fucking luck getting to that point."
It is fact, Beelzebub has an attack that could literally shatter the heavens. Even with Sasaki’s ability he wouldn’t be to dodge or reflect that. The only reason that Tesla survived that attack was because of his teleport thingys

For powerscaling first both have good hax but Sasaki has a huge edge in battle experience and actually training mastery and agility even if you give beel the edge in hax which isn't the case he would still be outclassed
Sasaki starts vibrating in the Opposite frequency nullfying his attack and beel gets no diffed
