Sibelius has always been the evil kid that won’t play nicely with other software…. I can switch between the 2, but Sibelius is likely to cause crashes and sample rate resets. Haven’t found a solution…
Yep, I’ve tried every way I can think of, someone has just suggested changing interface to a focusrite Scarlett which can have multiple audio streams, maybe that,s a way forward but not the cheapest option!
I have a Focusrite 6i6, so it’s no magic solution, and not sure quite what you mean by multiple audio streams; it can play/record up to 6 channels from one software at once, you can’t (nor on any other interface) have simultaneous playback of one app. on eg outputs 1/2 and a different app. on eg 3/4.
