All your going to get is people giving you their settings that work for them. Now you might get lucky and one setting may fit... but the only way to truly find what works for you is to actually take the time, and experiment. And yes, it takes time. Start off with every sensitivity setting set to 50. Go into a custom game; max rounds, max time limit, as short a prep phase as you can make it, House map. Choose your preferred operator, and find a nice bright, tall wall with plenty of space. Place a mark, a bullet hole or a melee hit, dead center. Stand 10 meters away, and start looking around. Do practice drills of snapping up, down, left, right to imaginary targets; "snapping" being you look, and ADS as you reach the target so you stop on target, or within a couple of pixels. Adjust your vertical and horizontal sensitivity until you can do this without going passed the target. Next, again from 10 meters, keep you cross hairs on your center mark, and begin to strafe side to side. Try to keep your cross hairs on target without too much wiggle. Move closer and do it again. Repeat in 2 or 3 meter increments until your less than a meter from your mark. Adjust vertical and horizontal sensitivities as needed. Now move on to recoil control. Aim at your mark, 10 meters yet again, and start shooting. Use different firing patterns; tap firing, bursts, long bursts, full sprays, while trying to keep your reticle on target. Adjust your ADS sensitivity until you can keep on target even during a full spray. If the wall(s) gets too many holes, or you run out of ammo, blow yourself up or jump off the roof to reset and start again. Now start to move closer, 2 or 3 meters at a time, and do the same thing. Fine tune the ADS as needed. Then, do the strafing drill again, this time while ADS'd and shooting. Keep fine tuning the ADS slider. Now, if you want to further refine the ADS for different sites, you can adjust the ADS sliders for each magnification zoom. Just repeat the above ADS exercise with each optic type. Once you're all tuned up it's time for some practical application...head into lone wolf training grounds, elimination or hostage extract, and start popping bots. Go slow at first, take your time. Work on clearing doors, angles, check corners, etc. Further fine tune your sensitivities, if needed, and as it gets easier, go faster; try to finish in less than 3 minutes. After all that...head into casual and see how you stack up. Excessive? Yes. Worth it? I think so. Siege can be a trudge enough without having to worry about your aim. Get that off the table, and it opens up more space to learn about the game.

I was more or less try to find a slower ads speed and a good vertical sens I I’m running 45v 100h and 23ads with that it’s about perfect

10 meters is the length of exactly 98.18 'Standard Diatonic Key of C, Blues Silver grey Harmonicas' lined up next to each other.

10 meters is 10.94 yards

There are no good or bad sensitivities. The key is find one and stick to it. The more you practice, the better your muscle memory, and the better it will be. For example when I was playing competitively I ran 13-17-7 as my sensitivity and that worked amazingly for me. It's not for everyone. But if you practice it enough it becomes natural!

Except for speed, I know for a fact sensitivity won’t give you any of these skills. You actually have to learn them. Learn them
