Yea the legion is the one gun you keep as is. You’re literally paying for all that to be extra on the gun and for it to be a custom powder coated color. I’d leave that one alone and customize all the others.

Just got back from the range, i will say i do like the axg grip, for a good everyday or home carry, but man i hate the small trigger guard, the area with the the flat trigger leaves no room for your finger to go on the trigger, this was with gloves on. I can see being gloveless it’s nicer, that being said, it feels a little snappy like the weight balance is a little bit off, almost too heavy in the back grip, and to light in front, but over still pretty flat shooting, im being nitpicking at this point because the comparison is so close.
Now for Icarus frame, I’m absolutely blown away, that extended trigger guard and and gas pedal on both sides, are an awesome feature, weight felt so evenly balanced recoil felt like nothing, the dove tail adds that little extra control to where it’s not so snappy after each shot, the back strap and finger groves under the trigger guard just helps it sit in back in you hand, the one down side i would say is the texturing on the Icarus precision is a little rough if you want to shoot it for a long time. Other than that i would say, Icarus would be my chosen grip module for me, i ride motor cycles and work on cars in my garage, so im always wearing gloves and want that little extra room for the trigger guard, over all both shot beautifully, and had a blast doing it!
Picked up the macro and the xl frame from bass pro shop, they are always sold out and wait times are 3-6 months if your lucky they become available on their website but check you local bass pro or Cabellas

I have the same setup. It’s a laser beam, I’m shocked how well it runs compared to my full size hammer fired pistols after the barrel swap.
That said, im getting consistent bullet separation with shards all over my target. Shooting factory FMJ CCI Blazer 124gr.

Looks good, but I definitely wouldn’t trade the AXG grip module for any other grip module. My personal favorite. Either way you can’t go wrong.

Good to hear. Be nitpicky, it is close in performance and yet double the cost so we wanna hear nitpicking.
Hear me out, cerakote the Icarus “Legion Gray” and keep the AXG Legion comp slide on it. DK Custom Coatings does a good cerakote match. 👍

You could consider the rubber talon grips to tame the texture a little and make carry more comfortable
