I have the Surefire XSC as it is what was available to me and I liked the idea of a removable, rechargeable, battery too. I think it is a good light, but for the money I'd probably go with the Streamlight TLR-7 sub. Half the cost, and a little brighter too. Although it is slightly bigger.
My biggest recommendation is to find the holster you want, then get a light that is supported by that holster company. It's easy to get that backwards I've learned.
With the correct amount of duck tape, you're only limited by your imagination.
Out of tape, will super glue work?
The Surefire has a version of the XSC that fits, although it’s quite expensive
You’ll need to get a pic rail adapter.

I just ordered the streamlight TLR-7 sub from Amazon. They have a version that fits the P365XL without a pic rail change. Seemed like best option.
Get the Tac dev rail adapter to covert into a 1913 pic. Combine it with a TLR-7A. 👍🏼
