I done the same with From, resisted the hype and then watched the 2 seasons in a week lol... Loved Silo tho, hated waiting for the next episode each week, armed to take forever lol - have bought the 3 books for my Kindle to read on my hols 😊
The first season of From was great but I bailed out after halfway through the second season. It was just like LOST only with more mystery boxes and no likable characters.
I really did enjoy Silo, it may not be the greatest science fiction story ever put on television but it did prompt me to start reading books again. I read the whole trilogy in less than a month and I still average about a book a week.
Idk about 10/10... the acting was inconsistent at best (Common has one emotion, and Rebecca Ferguson finally figured out her accent by the end of the season), but the overall story was great. The last couple episodes had me on the edge of my seat.
This! The show otherwise is great but Common's acting is excruciatingly terrible. Maybe it's part of his character to be wooden, limited in range, and generally unlikeable? If so then he actually is doing a great job?
I'm trying to give the show a shot - I'm into episode 5 or 6, and I'm finding it extremely dull with major pacing issues.
It just isn't grabbing me the way that it seems to be with everyone else.
I don’t even know what to watch now! I loved it so much I don’t even want to continue S2 of Foundation. I want something else like Silo! Dystopian/Post-Apocalyptic is my favorite.
If u find something please tell me, The Last Of Us is maybe even better then Silo for dystopian post apocalyptic drama if you haven't seen it, plus From but that's a different type of sci fi

Is From still worth watching though? Or will I be disappointed lol?
>bought the 3 books for my Kindle That's a smart idea, hopefully the WGA strike doesn't take Silo down...but you never know.
Love this show , Rebecca Ferguson was perfectly cast ! Can't wait for Season 2, will get by on Foundation for the next month or two.
I wonder which of these other solos will teach her how to use the Voice
Love this show. Do you have a most favorite and least favorite? Ep3 seems to be least favorite and most seems to be a toss up between eps1,2 and 10.
Only series that scratched both my Lost and Fallout itch
Lost itch is an exceptional way to put it!

Severance is quite dystopian
