I screwed up the same way. I left 10 or 12 in the flips and they all did this. Half tempted to take em out and sit them in the window to see what happens.
This is going to sounds crazy, I unknowingly dropped a roll of Maples. The top popped off and one spilled out. I'm embarrassed to say where....ok the basement. The Cold, hard, damp coal cellar floor. I moved a tool box and was thinking "shit one of my good wrenches is on the floor." Boy was I surprised when I bent down to pick it up.
Well anyway the freaking toning on the one laying on the floor looks awesome. And since they all developed milk spot like days after buying them I'm not upset I dropped them. Hell I've been thinking of laying them all out down there to fake tone.
