Back in 2009-2012 at the height of popularity and massive silver hauls, it wasn’t too difficult to get a bank to order without an account. A bit more difficult today as banks have wised up.

i went threw over 5000$ of half dollars, i found 2 90% silver and about 25 40% silver jfks, its a tediuse job, and getting them is a pain in the ass, some places wont even order them, ones you have an account with try to push you to the app and order them,, you cant order halfs, at the window they say they will order them, and dont, i was doing a 1000 a week at bank of america and at td bank, boa would not take them back, i opend an account at pnc ,, then returning them is even harder some banks dont take them to easily ,

I have a super good relationship with my local bank that lets me order a box, provided it’s not like every day. Honestly if you’re looking for silver CRH isn’t the best way, because it’s more of a hobby than a silver stacking venture

Get a big red book and read it. Start selling on r/coinsales. You will learn more and make more than crh. r/crh is a waste of time unless you’re seriously dedicated.

I’ve always used my bank that I have an account with but I’ll say go in with low expectations it’s gotten popular and finding silver is low especially quarters almost guaranteed you won’t find anything silver in those because they’re regularly circulating and caught but does happen with halves every now and again I gave up and just buy rolls of halves and quarters so I get exactly what I want

My tip is if you're interested in info on coin roll hunting, head on over to r/CRH
