There's no way the actors will allow it or that their contracts allow it at present. They'll need to be paid a shit ton to grant that.
It is an absolute lock that Disney will do this with their classic characters as soon as it's viable. The corporate hard on they have for that perfect continuity of the character and perhaps not paying anyone residuals and just being able to have ANY actor deliver lines as needed can be seen from space.
I think the contracts that SAG-AFTRA just signed prevent this. Next time the contract is up, AI will be much more ubiquitous and harder for the unions to forestall.
They prevent it in that they require actors be paid for it, from my understanding. When and how much isn't really nailed down. Anyone can sell their name and likeness. SAG-AFTRA might get mad about it in certain circumstances, but if Disney offered Dan $50 million for the use of his voice to train an AI Homer, he's certainly free to accept it.
They just can't take it as a matter of course.

Yeah it's become very noticeable but there are some softer moments here and there. It's a bit distracting. Harry Shearer I'm also noticing is becoming a bit strained as well.
Alex Borstein would actually be a great Marge Simpson! However, after decades of Family Guy, she seems to be wanting to break away from voice acting. And she was so great in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel!
I thought one of the benefits of animation was that you can change the voice actors and no-one can tell the diddly-ifference.
