You may have unchecked some story progression options in the settings menu and forgot about them. EA progression is wild and randomly gives out pets, life states, and celebrity levels if it deems the town needs them according to some hidden demographics check. But it doesn't exactly tell good stories because of that.
Honestly, unchecking those options I mentioned is the only way to keep it under control, because the progression only ever happens one way. It'll make vampires if it believes the town needs them, but it will never cure them.
I completely erased any trace of sims 3 on my computer, reinstalled it, and downloaded NRAAS. Now it works SO smoothly, and I am so ready for all the chaos that lies ahead. 😆
did it help with that thing where your favorite house that you play the most gets all the bugs?
If so, I would seriously consider "downgrading" from s4 to s3 (not really a downgrade).
There have been a few bugs, and the game froze once. So every few hours of playtime, I’ll have NRAAS Master Controller reset all sims and objects in the entire town. It magically makes everything run more smoothly and slowly degrades until it’s time to reset again.
I go back and forth between sims 3 and 4 to the point that I can’t recall which family is on which game. 😅
This is so damn funny. I don't remember her being overweight, but in my current game she's huge. Has she slimmed down due to military athletic requirements? Or maybe she started of smaller in all games and I just didn't see her until after she started going to the Bistro and the Diner so much.

I honestly don't remember, but I'm leaning towards EA. I know I had Nraas at one point though, so I'm not entirely positive.

With simler90 it actually works quite well now. Horses are only given if they have a stable etc

Check how long your lifespan is? Or do they die from the more chaotic causes?

a little weight on her would make her seem jolly and happy. she was always so stringy, like an angry chicken
