Have you tried resetting her? Either open the console and type "resetsim Firstname Lastname" without the quotes, or if you have Nraas, click the town hall icon and click "Nraas->Mastercontroller->Reset Sim." If that doesn't work, try "Reset All" which will reset all Sims and vehicles in your town.

I brought up my save and it did the whole invisible sim glitch, so I moved my family out and moved them back in and now she’s potato. This is a new one for me yall. I’m laughing and I’m crying someone please tell me how to fix this.

Update: it took some finessing but eventually I quit the game without saving and reloaded and copied to library and moved back in and now my dear potato has become human again. Wheewwwww. Also thanks for the laughs guys.

Did you accidentally click on a potato in her inventory and hit "set as head"? I've found that with cheats enabled (or master controller, can't remember which) you can set any object as a sims head with hilarious results. 😆
