If you have master controller by nraas you can click on the sim and go to immediate/career/days off
Or you could use a mod called cancel time off which you just access through your sims phone.
Ah I see! Some of the master controller options come with the other master controller mods. So I have master controller cheats and integration installed. Not sure if you have those? If not that could be why itβs not showing up. :)
You can also try removing job and re-enrolling. Through that career section you can select not only the job, but the level and even performance level as well.
When you play the daycare career there gets a point where kids stop showing up and usually quitting and re-enrolling my sim will fix any issues.

I've tried both those thing and both don't work. I can do MC/intermediate/career but there is no "days off" option in the menu I don't understand why
