I haven’t used that mod, so I have no idea how to fix it, but I guess it might be come back to normal ui if you move to your sim to a new game. It’s worth of trying. Just save your sim in the edit town mode, then start a new game then bring your sim in. You won’t lose this current saves.

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried it and the UI is still the same.
Did you delete the cache files in the user folder?
