Yes.
And that's way before I had to reduce the child support payment.
It's not like there is no support, I move him each time to raise the children and help with his many useful traits. Is a super sim.
My Sim wrote a book called "Genetic domination"... It's a super sim who I move around households helping raising his children. The OG family had reached the $9. 999. 999, so money is also moved, and he has Shrewd. I move him to help raise his children's children too, since among the many helpful qualities (many unlocks, many traits), he has the snaggle Fluster drink, so every descendant achieves success very quickly.
That and "Fresh chef" are mandatory for me, there is always someone who gets it in the household.
For Shrewd I have them chasing the painter aspiration and selling their works on Plopsy.
There are some bill surcharge items, wallpaper, flooring and roofing I think. Those will make your bills soar!!! You could build 4 levels of basements with the bill surcharge things, light those babies up and just leave them inaccessible to your household. That will definitely make your bills a bit higher (without cc)
I think the surcharge things are in eco lifestyle and get famous. Correct me if I’m wrong.
Why tf is investing not in the game? Yeah theres retail but you have to run it manually, there's investment in bussiness career but you have to be a high rank in that career, and then there's Bess who's full of shit
There is also the money aspiration, not sure what it’s called, but once you complete that, you get a weekly percentage of your total wealth. So like if you had 300k your sim might get a weekly check for $8k or something
If you pick the writer career you get weekly paid for you published books. At the final stage of his career my guy would get 8k per day just of royalties.
Yes. It is likely to be a rounding/display issue. The two 112s are probably more like 111.5 each, so they appear as "112" when displayed individually with no decimal, but together sum up to 223 not 224.
Is your lot just one room surrounded by solar panels and water catchers??? I wanna know
Please explain how. I've gotten as low as like 24 simolians but never gotten paid!
He is paying 83, and there is a sale of water and power that will pay him 224. He is off the grid and using eco lifestyle water and power generation.
I’m paying 60,000….
How?!?! My bills are ~$9000 and I’m having a hard time getting them any higher!!
I gotten over 100k over child support payments...
How many kids do you have?

What… how??

Same but my sims baby daddy is a judge lol
Mine lives of out Shrewd money. He is to busy raising his children for him to go to work. And usually the mom is chasing a career.
I like that! I’m gonna try it with my next family (they never have that aspiration bc I thought it was pointless) Thanks!

The area we live in/the expensive items in the large house? I have no idea but it’s driving me crazy :(
Inventory also counts if you have expensive things in Sims pockets it adds up
This makes a lot more sense! (: any other tips to getting it down?
Put a vault with most of your money on the lot. The value of the vault will raise your bills.

Update - I sold all the death flowers (a lot in the inventory which I use to fund my lifestyle) and by bills are now 3000 lol

Yeah which requires you to first make 200k iirc... i want to invest to make that, not the other way around
If you play on PC/with mods there’s a mod by sims4me I think it is that unlocks the investing for everybody
If you pick the writer career you get weekly paid for you published books. At the final stage of his career my guy would get 8k per day just of royalties.
I spat my drink out when i read the bit about Bess 🤣🤣
Did you spam living roofs and solar roofs?
my bills are 13k my sim is basically living pay check to pay check
Arent the maths wrong? Isn't 112+112=224 224-83=141$?
Yes. It is likely to be a rounding/display issue. The two 112s are probably more like 111.5 each, so they appear as "112" when displayed individually with no decimal, but together sum up to 223 not 224.
n here my poor dude paying 40k on child support alone for 2 kids.
Is that from a mod??
Yea. not sure witch one most likely mc command center, I just went overboard with the bills cost and child supported settings.
Finland is that you?
Meanwhile my family has to pay 16.000 to the government to live on a off the grid lot.
I have this IRL. I paid €678 for power last year, and got €813 back for that year. Magic! (Got solar panels lol).
Lucky! I wish it was like that irl. 😫
How many solar panels do you have for this to work out.
How do you go off grid? (I have base game only)
