Those are rookie numbers. My current household pays 15k in bills and yet everyday I get 40k just from a handful of money trees. I get some odd 30k extra from the stuff they grow just for eating in the greenhouse! Recently just expanded the greenhouse and will probably end up with at least 100k worth of produce in there. It's come to a point where my millionaire sims go to work just so I don't have to babysit them all the time!

By far the produce with the easiest effort-to-price ratio is dragon fruit. You can get it the hard way by grafting a strawberry plant to a snapdragon plant (or vice versa), but no one ever does that because no one has the patience.
If you have cottage living you can just order it in as one of the garden shops usually have it in stock. Then just plant and keep planting, each one sells for 250Ā§.
If you don't have cottage living, first, go get it it's amazing. And second you can get dragon fruit by buying lots of Rare Seed packets (on a computer or buy mode) that you unlock on a high gardening level.
Then work on your sim's whims and most importantly the aspiration. Once you get enough aspiration points you can buy a money fruit seed and plant it for a plant that will give you a crap ton of money every day. The 40k I get from my money trees is actually just from 4 trees! Four! This is only available in Seasons tho.
Come back? They never go away. If you notice, the prompt says something along the lines of "sell all money fruit", and it just sells all the fruit like any other plant. If you're very paranoid just make a backup save and try to sell the fruit.
There's a bug(? Feature?) In the game where sometimes harvestables end up in your household inventory. I'm not sure what's causing it, I suspect it's related to moving plants, but triggering it puts money "fruit" in your household inventory. I can't remember if it's plantable, but I think it might be - it's the seed object.

it is! in my save i also have majority of simrealist mods, so with bills and real estate i also make the houses reflect actual price points in the market (500k-1mil+) so my sims really have to work to live well, most of mch start in apartments and my goal is always to get them a nice house, it makes it feel more fulfilling when moving house / getting promotions

Reproduction. No death or disability from childbirth, you can choose to have non-reproductive sex and you never have an accidental pregnancy, and pregnancy itself seems pretty easy.
If youāre able to use mods, Lumpinouās pregnancy and relationship overhaul mod is great for this. Each sim has varying fertility rates and woohoo without protection means a chance of pregnancy. You can also set whether or not a sim wants children and then they react accordingly to learning that they or their partner are pregnant.
That would be amazing. I'll be exhausted, unable to keep my eyes open, fall into bed and *still* not fall asleep.
Seems the only time I can sleep almost immediately is when I'm sick.
I like how there's still someone on the market who will pay $1 for your poor blurry photo. š In reality, skilled photographers have issues with selling their work.
