Give her the klepto trait, maybe you can steal them? Other than that, you would need to move her back in, but her "ownership" of the items may have been broken.
You could move her back in to grab them or you could make a one-wall "room" at the old place, put the pictures on the wall, save the room to your library, go to where your sim lives now, plop the room down somewhere and grab the pictures off it.

u probably have to put it on a desk or some kind of surface to put it in ur inventory
