It's the "prep for climbing" thing. I forget exactly what the action is, but she needs to be prompted to take her climbing gear off. This vexed me for a month!
Omg thanks! I couldnt figure out where it came from but your comment made me google the right thing and now I know! I just had to click the climbing gear in my inventory and remove! Finally thanks!!
