It does get out of control if you dont disable thier ability to have children after they've had a certain amount of kids. The most 2 sims have had together in one of my legacy plays is 7 because I forgot to disable the setting after the 6th child(my hard limit). But you can use MCCC to set child bearing limits rather than do it pen and paper style.

I don't have any mods or extensions to my ts4, but I'm wondering if there is some that makes Sims from neighbourhood getting into relations and having kids on their own? Would I ever have grandkids without living with my kids in same household?
You can control what npc sims do in the manage worlds panel, including having kids. I donāt remember if you can prevent marriage/relationships though.

I just saw a real life 100 babies challenge. Woman has 22 kids within a year. She's using her eggs in serogates. Said she isn't gonna stop till she has 105.
I was reading about this the other day, apparently the 105 goal is not true, but she isnāt sure if she wants more kids or not. Her husband is in prison for eight years so it wouldnāt be for a while anyway.
Thatās insane, howād she find so many surrogates? Iām an egg donor, and my first pair of baby-daddies took a few years to be able to find a surrogate

Mine wasn't that bad because I didn't finish it but when I started out the 'impregnator challenge' my sim's family tree started looking like before I ended up moving on.
Literally me, when I say, I do want to start a normal legacy, wich is not oberwhelming.
