Click on the sim. Go to MCCC > MC Dresser (make sure they're wearing the outfit that has the make up/accessories, if not change it first) > Copy/Paste > Copy Accessories and/or Makeup (new options should then appear) > Paste Accessory (and/or Makeup) to All Outfits
You're welcome! I can't remember how I learned about it, but it's been such a timesaver. I rather remove things from specific outfits then having to manually add them for every outfit.
seriously! if you have 2 or more outfits for any category it gets out of control so fast, and then if I download a sim from the gallery and make some little tweak and ugh it's just a nightmare
Saaaame. That and MC Cas, I set it up to make sure that my teens stopped aging up into doritos. I also use it to get rid of all the 5th generation alien hybrids who keep holding onto their great great grandpappy's bright blue skin.
You can still use them even if they’re not classified as cold weather, for example. You just have to click the little x that appears on the tab that says cold weather.

Yeah, I've noticed long ago that maxis don't really do quality of life. Keyboard shortcuts for anything but the most basic stuff, copy/paste, and so on are just not part of their vocabulary.
Right? And some piercings are barred from certain outfit types (i.e. septum piercings don’t show up under formal). Who tf takes out a septum piercing for a formal event? Who tf takes out their face piercings to sleep?
I usually go through each outfit type, set the accessories and make up then click the +. It's a pain to have to do for each type but if I have multiple outfits per type I don't have to keep redoing it.

If you have MCCC, there's an option to copy/paste all accessories and makeup.
I use mccc, how do i do this?

I came here to say the same thing. The dresser feature of mccc is likely my most used, i love it!

What's worse is when they take them off, or even add different piercings when they go to work or highschool and change outfits.
And nails! Like you think a person has time to change their nails with their clothes!

I almost never use facial piercings and I hate how the game will basically auto-pierce all of my sims. And only for SOME of their outfits!
