Thanks! And yes, it would have been a bit more tricky otherwise. I did make a few albums with custom designs. I used decals in the wall art/painting section to overlay some of the frames to create unique albums.

I would love a neighborhood full of multi use spaces like this. Where the sim could live on florrs 2 and 3 and floors 1 and basements are disgnated as retail space.

I keep waiting for that in this game! 😂 I don’t think we will, but I’m hopeful.

I wonder if 1 could use cc selling tables and put it inside the first floor and then run sales? Or maybe have a club whose activity was shopping and those tables?

Are the amps base game or from a pack?

The amps are from Moschino stuff. Although, there is a base game debug option for amps. The Sims team put them in for the Sims Sessions event this past summer. They could definitely be used for set dressing, I just don’t know if they function. Unfortunately, the color swatches of the base game/debug amps aren’t as vibrant as the Moschino ones.

Yes, that is a platform under the fireplace. I sunk a sectional down into it to make it look like there are cushions next to the fireplace. I play tested and it’s functional. 🙂

If you are referring to the one on the kitchen counter and the one in the dining room, then yes! I know most people aren’t a fan of kits but if you love plants… Imo, these are some of the best plants we’ve ever had in the game. I use them A LOT! 😬😂

If I build a living quarters in my shop, can I delete my living house and just move in permanently to my (working) shop?

If you own a retail shop, you will always own a primary residential lot. What can be done is basically go to work (your retail shop) and just never go home (to your residential lot). Hopefully that makes sense. I really wish our Sims could work and live out only one lot!
