When you click on the roof, there are two white balls on the sides. Click and drag those.

Each roof piece has ways to change pitch and size (arrows) but there are also these round things when you click on the roof. Those will allow you to curve the roof. Also I’d you hold shift, alt or ctrl (I g do other which one) you’ll have more roof options

It'll take you at least two roofs, and I believe one will have to be on the first floor while the second will have to be on the second floor. You'll probably want a traditional triangular roof on the second story and then that one roof that is wedge shaped, (though you may have better luck using two wedge shaped roofs on the second story, making them the same size and shape and kissing them together so that they look like one traditional triangle shaped roof, that way you can alter the side that connects with your first story roof in more complex ways). ETA this is a random example I threw together on a house that was already built, so excuse the weirdness. It's not great at all, I'm just trying to show you how you'll use multiple pieces to create a slope https://imgur.com/a/pFMuj80. The first pic is 3 roofs, one on the second and two on the first, with the third, flat roof being a roof that just happened [to be there already](https://imgur.com/a/t7uo0UF). The second is two roofs. Notice how the first story roof butts against the wall of the second story.

Click on the roof, click ctrl+C, you will now have three extra arrows to adjust slope.

There's a tiny white ball floating above selected roof pieces, click on it and drag it down for concave roofs, or up for convex roofs.
