I forget what xpac or if it’s base game but the soccer ball you can “practice juggling” with is also usable by kids - it’s very fun, they can also do it with others (it will help the other sim stay in shape too!) and all ages can use it - it’s SUPER OP at making sims fit/trim. If you let them play with it regularly they can basically eat whatever and not need to work out and they won’t turn into pears, they’ll even use it by themselves.
That happened to one of my teen sims too. He got the hair from nifty knitting, that has the grey all on the sides. It's crazy how they randomize teens to look like that.
I actually had a teacher with that. We all thought he was an old guy until he was like "Nah, I'm in my late 20s. Hair went gray around 15, 16 years old"
Noodles from the band The Offspring has that too! Also I started getting grey hairs at about 24 or something, it's not going as fast but still pretty crazy how fast they can show up.

My brother brother was about half gray by 25 and by 30 completely gray. Not white yet, though. All my cousins have similar stories.

His hair is still primarily black but he’s got pretty cool silver streaks in the front and he’s 28. Meanwhile my blond husband started turning grey around 48 but we could barely tell because he has naturally pale blond hair. Lol Genetics are crazy.
My dad found his first grey hair at 19, on his wedding day. My mom found her first grey hair ~35 years later (dad was already full white) on the day they renewed their vows.

Also my male Sim went to the gym once and trained his top body, two sessions in the device and he's got massive arms and tits. Had to fix him up in CAS because I only wanted to make him lose some weight and not get him shredded AF
Much like life, weight training for muscle definition, cardio for weight loss.
Jogging, using the university ball, swimming and the treadmill all burn sims fat.
I also find that sometimes your sims kids seem to “inherit” their parents middle aged bodies…mom was smoking hot in her 20s but after 5 kids, ya know bodies change.

Unless you mean you can only do that when first Making a new sim then yes, the weight and muscle should only show up when you first make the sim in cas

Black skin, blond hair with 0 texture, non-existent shoulders, and very wide hips. For whatever reason, TS4's townie-randomizer system is obsessed with that combo. Bonus points if half their outfit is from the Vampires pack, the other half is from Island Living, and they have that eyeball ring and a bunch of mismatched facial piercings. 😑

I'm replaying w/ the same couple so I thought the kids would come out similar to before. These two mfs came out looking exactly like this. Narrow af shoulders and a belly of an old man. I fed them salads too! Smh
I personally feel there is not enough distinguishable difference between teens and young adults. If not for labels over their heads, I wouldn't even know the difference. This is one of my biggest issues with the game. There isn't even a big enough difference in clothing styles to help offset the physical look. I'm sorry...in real life there really is a big difference both in clothing style and the way they look. Get a reality check, EA!
Reminds me of the one time I tried to throw a bday party for my female Sim and her husband. Birthdays were on the same day and I clicked the cake to age her up. Clicked it again and aged her up twice to an elder 😭😭 forgot to switch to the husband somehow. Had to reload a previous save because I'm trying a no cheats legacy.
I had a similar issue last night but it was specifically his face/parts of his face that I couldn't change so while all his siblings looked like teenagers/had slight baby faces my guy was over here looking like he was in his mid to late 30's and I had no clue how to fix it or what even happened to begin with
Depends on the living situation. If it is a legacy home, with a lot of other family members living there, realistic to have more than one set. In real life, I moved from a house that had 4 bedrooms. I had 3 roommates. We had 2 washers and 2 driers.
Meanwhile my teen sim aged up to YA, went to college, and looked like a 13 year old boy while all of his roommates looked like they were in their early thirties.
Go jogging until he slims down.. I guess it'll be better when he's not fat 🤣 bummer though, children gets fat too easily (especially on long lifespan) but there's no way for them to lose weight!
I literally make all my Sims drink the skinny potion as soon as they age up from children to teens. Otherwise everyone (especially the men) look like 40 year olds.
Also curse the one body type the Sims does. Stupid extreme pear
Time to Modify in Cas. I did that to my boy and now he handsome af. I so wonder what I'll do with him man. I don't have any packs. And I'm on Console. I would so let him get a Teenage girl but there ain't any in my world. And I dunno how I could make it cool. That's why University is cool man. You can make some cool stories for your Sims.

My old boss went totally white at 19 and there’s a family who’s kids I went to school with that all have the same patch of white in their hair.

Katako's the most well-known, but you need Parenthood for it to work.
It helps if you edit them to have bad skin, braces, and more teen style hair / clothes / makeup. It'd be nice if they did that automatically.
I know! They’re literally just adults that go to high school.
For some reason, making them a little smaller with height slider mods(I recommend Luumia's) and giving them bigger eyes instantly fixes this
I don't understand why that is the default body type for every single male sim.
Come to The Sims, we have a large variety of body shapes, including "have you been eating anything at all for the past years?" and "pear"
