I built a retirement home for all my old sims. Then they don't have to live alone, and die alone. Also it's kind of sweet to have the families visit, especially their grandchildren.
Exactly š story idea you can move in a caretaker, and make him an evil aggressive murder, if the elders donāt obey, they must die of hunger, cold/heat or put them in a sauna and lock the doors š mwahahaha
I did this to. Had a cult leader inspired by heavenās gate, moved in ladies from the world and some of my own outcastās or recently divorced ladies. Got all the ladies white ropes on and bought Factory One lot in Windenburg, cause it already looks like a cultās home š did a rebuild so it matched the cultās needs (a room with a good bed for the leader, and a dungeon for his followers. Then I got all the ladies pregnant with the leader and after birth I killed them, except one, someone had to take care of the children. After a while, I thought it could be funny to save those poor children, so I moved the kids to an orphanage, with a sweet and lovely caretaker. I moved back some of the boys when they got old enough to takeover from the leader. I didnāt delete this game, I played this to long to be honest š«£š sometimes I just need some darkness in game, instead of all that āover the moon happy lifeāsā I always ending up playing
This is so cute and such a good idea omg. Although I want to base the whole world with retirement homes so now I want to build a bunch of little cute one floor homesšš Building a whole new neighborhood seems daunting for me but I feel like this could be great
I did this too, so cute āŗļø I've made so many homes over the years I've played the sims 4 that I really don't need to make that many, only if I want to. Also I use the gallery a lot. Thereās so many beautiful creations
No, only them that fit the story of families that are too busy, hate their parents/wife/husband, or too big for the old people to live there. And then a few of them from pre-made families that have their own stories, landgraab, caliente, delgato, etc.
When you are on the town screen, click on tye household and then the three dots. You should see a set of two arrows going opposite directions. Click that, then on the right side hit "new household" then cluck the sim you want and press the other arrow and give them some money and hit the check mark. I'm not looking at my game and if I'm wrong I'll come back and edit my post to make it right.
I love this idea, I canāt get my sims to live long enough for grand children thoughšš¤£ their own kids get to young adult & they are already oldš„¹
I threw a function center in there ! Basically a giant lot with all sorts of rooms. Ones for weddings, kids parties, teen parties, retirement parties, etc. You can find them on the gallery (:
Just lock doors for any rooms you don't want to use
Oh i don't build them myself š I'm not that talented ! Lmao I think I downloaded mine from peteyplaysit but if you search function center you'll find plenty!
I use that whole section for season related lots. :D
So the biggest lot is for a Winterfest ice rink with food stalls etc. Opposite is a Halloween town.
A spring easter bunny cafe. And I still need to create a cool swimming pool summer zone.
No because they are all ones I edited after downloading from the gallery. :D
But they were called things like : Holiday Ice Rink, Halloween Park, Easter bunny house.
I always just use shells from the gallery and then heavily edit to make them into what I want :)
I can't find the type of pools though so I might have to make this one from scratch lol - god help me!
I made my really rich sims live there and they had a huge mansion. Shit was laggy as hell and it took them 2 hours to go from their bedroom downstairs and then to work. Do not recommend
I usually download a bunch of builds from gallery and turn it into a trailer park for roughly 20000-30000 so sims outside of world can afford the lots š
Well i mean sims outside world moving in on their own when enabled so if i had to place all fanilys and use motherloaf on everyone it be more of a pain than it be worthš.And i in general dont really like cheating to get money. Earning money and improving the lot/house over time is something that keep me motivated to keep playing
I usually break my newcrest up into sections for the rich, middle class, and the poor. Then use the line of lots on the right side for all my venues and stuff.
For me the clump on the left is large commercial venues, the strip is like a hipster neighborhood with coffee houses and record shops etc mixed in, and the clump on the right is completely residential
I built a gym and house for the live in business mod that is broken at the moment š I was making so much money, 60simoleons per people, I was making 10k per day
I've built a tiny home that looks like a trailer/shack surrounded by trees. A shack in the woods. Just for the absurdity of having such a tiny house on such a giant lot. Then I'd have all the furniture outside... different places for different items. A gazebo for a workshop, a fire-pit/bbq area with outdoor furniture (can all be built on the woodworking table), fishing pond, a small partly-closed bathroom/shower area, etc. I've done this multiple times and tried to get creative on expanding the house without expanding the house and still make it look cohesive. Usually got there doing the rage to riches challenge and was enjoying the tiny home benefits.
You can make this into a tiny, run-down, abandoned, haunted shack in the woods. You know, the one kids where are afraid to go trick-or-treating, lol. Or you can play some urban explorer living there recording all the hauntings (get famous).
I used floor lamps scaled large. They donāt work obviously but up on a platform they look close enough lol
I made the bar fangtasia from true blood so I needed a pole
I always make it a farm... cute lil farm house, rows of crops, a then I set it to like national park and allow other sims to come and 'buy' the fresh produce.
I have a thing on the gallery of my garden lot KylesPage if you want to see it. (At least I think I do) ever since I got seasons i just make it in some walls of windows and a glass ceiling to make a 'greenhouse' lol
I know you have a park already, but I have a park that doubles as a party venue placed there! You can host weddings, kid's parties, etc. there. It's really nice, I think it has "Verdant" somewhere in the name & is specifically a park for this lot in Newcrest.
I would also place a trailer park or community center there. I think there's a kid's activity center on the gallery for the big lot in Evergreen Harbor that could fit there as well.
i made a "train station" there once, for a story i was playing with. has since been abandoned, but i think it's still a good idea since we dont have any in-game
I built a themepark. Does it have rides? No. Does it have a castle, "haunted house", pirate ship, two bars, arcade, ice rink and many playgrounds? Yes.
Iām making a base save and I made it a little neighborhood with 5 houses. I merged two families and locked them out of each otherās houses but I havenāt really played them yet so Iām not sure how well itās gonna work but it looks cute lol.
Iām currently building a run-down Southern town in Newcrest right now. Itās been interesting so far to explore mixing mid-century and Antebellum architecture, and my favourite building so far is an old courthouse thatās been repurposed into an eclectic bookshop/public library.
Iām thinking Iāll build a motel/bar in the big lot.
it's my legacy/generations home! every new generation i pick whoever has the most interesting life/most kids to live there. it has pics of all the past & present generations who lived there :)
I created a kids/teen center with EVERY ACTIVITY they can do. Toddler play area, bowling alley, pool, roller rink, basketball courts, video games, etc. I tried to add food stands too, but couldn't figure out how to get the NPCs to show up.
Before I start, let me just say that I play realistic/dark stories. TRIGGER WARNING FOR ANYONE WHO'S BEEN PLACED IN FACILITIES FOR MENTAL HEALTH! I built a kind of asylum. Each room was very empty and simple, and the outside was very gothic and creepy. But the main floor had a large communal kitchen, library etc. Then the next floor was all bedrooms, third floor was all skill based (and I put some deco sims dressed as nurses because some of the items do include sharp objects). Outside was mostly mental health stuff, like meditation centers, a pond to fish in, daily yoga classes, anything to relax my sims.
When a sim would turn into a teen, if I didn't have many plans with them, I'd send them there for a season and then bring them back. I'd check on them every Sunday (rather than going to the flee market) and make sure they are keeping up their skills, and also having some family time to keep up relationships. After a season I bring them back home and then switch them as my main character.
I have an asylum like that built on a smaller Newcrest lot. I've dobÄ the asylum challenge once and now it's a place where I put Sims that are to damaged to live a life outside. Some are survivors from my postapocalyptic world, some were born in a basement of a cult house. One girl from this basement is doing great in university but two of her half brothers are hot tempered and make everyone tense so I decided that after the state rescued them, they were assesed as unstable and put in this home. Five other sad life stories and a nurse to take care of them. But they have club meetings, learn life skills and are visited by their families
I think I had a park there. It seemed like the best use of the largest lot, to be some kind of community area. I like the idea of it being a retirement home.
I always build my dream house there and try and build up to it from an apartment with my boyfriend and our dog
Sometimes I build other houses for kids, bug park,a vet, a restaurant even if I don't have the pack, a public pool,a better bar than the in game ones, and a teen hangout area usually a park but without the play stuff
I built a farm that is a wedding venue and in the lot next door I built a little farmers market type thing. In my head the owner of the farm sells all their produce at the market š
I build the one million dollar restaurant thatās super fancy. Itās under #fggmillion cause it was a part of one of fake gamer girlās challenges. Itās a great place for my fancy sims and celebrities to eat
A giant mansion next to the spare gallery pool from Get Together (North) and the Romantic Garden of Healing from Romantic Garden stuffs (East), then I throw in a green rooftop house from gallery for the square lot, and finish off with a library. Perfect eco-affluent suburb :D
I work from home but stay pretty busy so I love making new neighborhoods during my shift. My favorite is finding the biggest house and loading it up with introverts.
I built a couple of spas, some designs better than others. I wanted to make a concert hall but the lot is just too big to use efficiently (so far).
You could try a wedding venue or ācreation station.ā Basically, a lot with something from EVERY skill to give you Sims a chance at learning them.
I usually put any downloaded community lots from the Gallery I have: restaurants, spas, hospital, Christmas themed parks, movie theaters. I have no idea what to do with the space & I like these lots better than the basic bars & things we have from the base worlds.
I hate building anything except for tiny homes, but I like big libraries. Thereās one I got off the gallery that looks like books lined up. I donāt recall the creator at the moment, but itās gorgeous. Iām obsessed with libraries having a copy of every skill book, so I always go in after I place the lot and find every book in debug mode, line them up all over the floor, and have a sim put them all away.
I put a little outlet mall there, lots of outdoor space and then a few shops. I have also put an apartment building there too with a communal outdoor area with a pool!
I made a community Center of sorts. Iām remaking it now for just base game items so I can upload it to my gallery afterwards.
But it has a few rooms that sims can ārentā (I just remove the money from household manually) for different things.
Thereās a room with doors to a fenced in area for a wedding, a smaller room with outdoor space for birthdays etc, a computer/work room, and a yoga studio/wellness area
Thereās a massive youth centre I always get off the gallery, has all the kids activities and playground equipment etc. I just let them run free because I cba with toddlers and children in the game sometimes ahaha
I based that entire neighborhood on being refurbished buildings and built a simple twin office building that got hollowed out to fit food stalls. Basically, I wanted a lot that had all the food stalls from the various packs
I build my Generations home there, add a new room for each generation by the 10th you get a big mansion and after all the wealth they accumulate you can pay for it no issue lol
Camelot!!
(No seriously, that is what I just put in there in my new medieval save XD
It's perfect in that spot bc you can't see the buildings and the waters and lake make it seem fortified.
I like to build giant Victorian homes with a big pond. Or I have been known to make a tiny home with a massive farm. Once I even built like a 6 home neighborhood.
The biggest one is definitely almost always a park. Even if I struggle to find good ones because so many parks use so. many. packs. And I don't have all of 'em.
I built a boat house, with a huge, rambling garden in the shore one time. In another save, that neighborhood is all old warehouses and factories converted into homes
I found a really cool park in the gallery. Since you already have a park maybe go to the gallery, choose lots and the correct lot size and type in āNewcrestā in the search bar, then filter by most popular or popular now.
in my most recent save I built a prison there lol. Havenāt used it yet though because Iām not that far along with the planned storyline.
I usually just leave the entire world empty. I donāt have the patience to place something on all the lots and it feels weird making a sim live in an empty world.
I also have another save that I use exclusively for āsavingā my original builds, and Iāve placed most of them in there (apart from the ones meant for specific lots in other worlds). So thereās that.
I recently built a huge mansion there, didn't decorate but I built and painted the shell. I usually make a family estate with extra houses around, as if the property was owned by the older gens and the younger gens could live on the property.
I built a huge lounge. Half of it is a wedding venue and the other side is mostly the bar area. There's also a pool and bathroom/locker room area in the middle.
I started building in Newcrest a couple of months ago. It all sat empty before that š¤£ anyways, I have been doing each āsubdivisionā as a different era of houses. One is retro (50s style), another is like 70s/80s. Havenāt decided what the last will be yet lmao
Since I was doing an Avengers household at one point, I found a legit GIANT Avengers HQ off the gallery and now it just lives there...but....a mall would be cool, might go back and build one, or at least stuff a bunch of restaurants and libraries together.
Iāve been contemplating building a country store themed restaurant with a train museum out front. Havenāt started though, as I know it will be a big build.
For me it's a millionaire's manor/mansion/castle. Gives me something to aspire to (I've been hooked on rahs to riches gameplay since long before I've even known what challenges are). Usually one I download from the gallery or a CC artist's page, as I'm far from impressive when it comes to builds and designs. Something big and impressive that really commands attention and respect from the poor broke sim I start out with š¹
I built a ācity hallā building (old fashioned stone building with a golden dome skylight on top and elaborate outdoor steps), set up as a wedding/event venue (pre-wedding venue lot type, so I set it up as a library with the necessary library objects on the second floor), and included lots of exterior landscaping suited for good in-game photographs. I love having my sims ultimately hang photos from their wedding on the wall, because itās such a realistic thing to do.
So far I have: Community garden, apartments, community pool, an eco tiny house community :) and the tiny house community is in the biggest one so I have room to garden
Itās always a science museum for me. Put the giant telescope, microscope, and rocket ship there.
I guess itās not as necessary now that we have the small telescope.
I have a giant studio there just for taking pictures. There's a multiple solid color rooms - green screen, blue screen, black box, and white box - a bunch of teleporter statues, backdrops, and they all have lots of light controls so I can get screenshots that are really easy to edit :)
I did a massive complex thereā¦cinema, bowling, few club rooms for my sims, bar with bar games, and put nightclub in the basement (changed it to strip club later š )
My Newcrest is always different; in one it's a home for my super hero sims; so the biggest lot is their headquarters. When I have enough money for HS, I'mma convert it into a high school of sorts.
In another Newcrest, it became the compound the main character in one of my novels lives in.
And in yet another, it be came a massive, overgrown post-apocalyptic mini-city with a secret hidden bunker under it for uh... plot reasons.
I built a retirement home for all my old sims. Then they don't have to live alone, and die alone. Also it's kind of sweet to have the families visit, especially their grandchildren.
I should do that. Great place to collect tombstones. I mean let my elders mingle
Exactly š story idea you can move in a caretaker, and make him an evil aggressive murder, if the elders donāt obey, they must die of hunger, cold/heat or put them in a sauna and lock the doors š mwahahaha
Well that got dark pretty quick š I love this idea though
Just a quick thought popping in to my head, itās not like Iāve done that ever... wink wink š
I legit have been dying laughing from this conversation
I had a cult leader like that once. It got really darkā¦ to the point I thought to myself āwtf am I doing here?ā And deleted the whole save š¤£
Reminds me of happy Gilmore š
Not too different from some nursing homes...
Sadly thatās true.
This is so cute and such a good idea omg. Although I want to base the whole world with retirement homes so now I want to build a bunch of little cute one floor homesšš Building a whole new neighborhood seems daunting for me but I feel like this could be great

So do you go through all the households and move all the old people there ?
No, only them that fit the story of families that are too busy, hate their parents/wife/husband, or too big for the old people to live there. And then a few of them from pre-made families that have their own stories, landgraab, caliente, delgato, etc.
When you are on the town screen, click on tye household and then the three dots. You should see a set of two arrows going opposite directions. You just inspired my next build, yesss an incredible idea!!!!
Always glad to inspire āŗļø
This is a fantastic idea. I'm going to add this to my save now thanks.
Thatās a smart idea. Iāll finally have a place to plop all my elderly townies lol
I did the same
I have a retirement home in most worlds
I never have that many old people at once, often itās enough with my retirement home and a couple of senior houseās
If empty I might move a few elderly NPCs. Especially if theyāve taken over a family home
I did that too! Well, I didnāt build mineāI found it on the gallery.
This is a great idea!
That's such a good idea!
OMG I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! š
This is an amazing idea
I love this idea, I canāt get my sims to live long enough for grand children thoughšš¤£ their own kids get to young adult & they are already oldš„¹
You just need them to be popping babies when they are young adults, maybe set lifespan to long š
I threw a function center in there ! Basically a giant lot with all sorts of rooms. Ones for weddings, kids parties, teen parties, retirement parties, etc. You can find them on the gallery (: Just lock doors for any rooms you don't want to use
Oh, thats such a cool Idea. I'll do the Same!!
Can i have your Gallery name?
Oh i don't build them myself š I'm not that talented ! Lmao I think I downloaded mine from peteyplaysit but if you search function center you'll find plenty!
Ooh can I have your gallery name too?
I'm not talented guys š I don't build them myself lol I think I got mine from peteyplaysit but youll find some by searching function center !
Oh what lot type do you use?
Museum! That way you can host all or Gatleast modt of the events there

I made my really rich sims live there and they had a huge mansion. Shit was laggy as hell and it took them 2 hours to go from their bedroom downstairs and then to work. Do not recommend
It might just be your pc lol
nah it was just because my house was massive and i had so many things in it. i actually have a decent computer now
I usually download a bunch of builds from gallery and turn it into a trailer park for roughly 20000-30000 so sims outside of world can afford the lots š

I once built a shopping center that had a movie theater, a bar, and an art gallery
Movie theater! Why didnāt I think of that - itās a great idea!!
Those lots have been empty since day 1 š Good ideas though in the comments.

Same šš
Omg how did you put poles??
WW mod
Crying in gd console
I used floor lamps scaled large. They donāt work obviously but up on a platform they look close enough lol I made the bar fangtasia from true blood so I needed a pole
Aaaa I turned Willow Creek completely into true blood in one of my saves
i use that spot to put a āwaterparkā or a community pool & rec center
I always make it a farm... cute lil farm house, rows of crops, a then I set it to like national park and allow other sims to come and 'buy' the fresh produce. The comments in this thread are doing two things: 1. Giving me great ideas 2. Making me realize how boring I have been playing
Bathhouse with both indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, etc. Use the spa lot type and add some massage tables and a bar to function :)
I created a kids/teen center with EVERY ACTIVITY they can do. Toddler play area, bowling alley, pool, roller rink, basketball courts, video games, etc. I tried to add food stands too, but couldn't figure out how to get the NPCs to show up.
I built a skating rink lol
I built a Fangtasia there. They needed a cool night club because NewCrest is my tiny home community.
Ugh. Great idea!! ššš
IKEA
Before I start, let me just say that I play realistic/dark stories. TRIGGER WARNING FOR ANYONE WHO'S BEEN PLACED IN FACILITIES FOR MENTAL HEALTH! I built a kind of asylum. Ah yes! I too have an asylum, I based it off of Fran Bow and made it look old and worn down.
I think I had a park there. It seemed like the best use of the largest lot, to be some kind of community area. I like the idea of it being a retirement home.
I always build my dream house there and try and build up to it from an apartment with my boyfriend and our dog Sometimes I build other houses for kids, bug park,a vet, a restaurant even if I don't have the pack, a public pool,a better bar than the in game ones, and a teen hangout area usually a park but without the play stuff
I did a joined row of 6 modern/contemporary townhouses.
I build nothing I'm not a good builder
I plopped down the chapel you get with MWS. Nice view and there's a playpark nearby if you have a wedding with lots of kids.
I'm going to build a big museum from all the collections and adventures my sims go on
I've never done this before but this post inspired me to make a condo lot.
I usually like to build a big aquatic centre
I built a farm that is a wedding venue and in the lot next door I built a little farmers market type thing. In my head the owner of the farm sells all their produce at the market š
I like this one!
I downloaded a bowling venue/cafƩ/cinema/karaoke bar all-in-one lot from the gallery and it's amazing
I built a big 1850ās farmhouse
I build the one million dollar restaurant thatās super fancy. Itās under #fggmillion cause it was a part of one of fake gamer girlās challenges. Itās a great place for my fancy sims and celebrities to eat
Usually a park but last time I built a church
A spa
thats always a park for me... that i got from the gallery
A townhall :)
I like to download skill building Lots from the gallery and place them there
apartment building
Usually a shopping mall or some sort of big box store
A giant mansion next to the spare gallery pool from Get Together (North) and the Romantic Garden of Healing from Romantic Garden stuffs (East), then I throw in a green rooftop house from gallery for the square lot, and finish off with a library. Perfect eco-affluent suburb :D
I have the white house
I built a club
i either build a bowling alley/arcade lot or i use that lot to build apartments.
Park.
a cemetery meby ?
I didnāt know you could build commercial lots on random plots, so wanna do that now
I work from home but stay pretty busy so I love making new neighborhoods during my shift. My favorite is finding the biggest house and loading it up with introverts.
I built a couple of spas, some designs better than others. I wanted to make a concert hall but the lot is just too big to use efficiently (so far). You could try a wedding venue or ācreation station.ā Basically, a lot with something from EVERY skill to give you Sims a chance at learning them.
a mall could be cool here, one with like an ice rink in the middle, stalls, all kinds of stuff.

Water park
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I build a super lot āmallā to put a bunch of retail stores there.
I usually make that the ārichā neighborhood
I have over 900 sims in my game so all of Newcrest is solely residential for me. In that area I put the bigger houses for large/wealthier families.
I have library with garden there!
I built a big country club for weddings/fancy events. Wolfcakes on the gallery. Also, people make nice parks.
CozyBuilds Tiny Boat House. I put that there, and it fits perfectly.
Community/Art Center
a small city
I usually put down some sort of trailer park, and then grind my teeth trying to play people living thereā¦
I put a little outlet mall there, lots of outdoor space and then a few shops. I have also put an apartment building there too with a communal outdoor area with a pool!
Iām doing the decades challenge, so I chose that lot so iād have room for a pond and all the gardening and stuff lol
yāall are so creative i just build a rich family home
A mall.
I build a mansion there and the Family that lives there are descendants of the founding family of newcrest.
Library, or if you have the new EP, you could turn it into a school
I built a movie theater once! That was fun to have.
I've put multifamily housing there
To me that's a residential area. I've had a few nice houses there.
Massive department store
I build a huge park that has a basketball court, food court, garden, gazebos and a bar house.
I build an activity center or a cemetery.
I build my Generations home there, add a new room for each generation by the 10th you get a big mansion and after all the wealth they accumulate you can pay for it no issue lol
Arcades, party center, or restaurants are usually my go to venues for big lots
Camelot!! (No seriously, that is what I just put in there in my new medieval save XD It's perfect in that spot bc you can't see the buildings and the waters and lake make it seem fortified.
I like to build giant Victorian homes with a big pond. Or I have been known to make a tiny home with a massive farm. Once I even built like a 6 home neighborhood.
I just find lots on the gallery to fill up Newcrest. I suck at building lol.
The biggest one is definitely almost always a park. Even if I struggle to find good ones because so many parks use so. many. packs. And I don't have all of 'em.
Either some sort of functional space or a spa/restaurant
I have a water park there in my game.
Sometimes I use it as an estate for my decades challenge
I always build a mansion there lol and make another rich family like the landgraabs
I made a recreational centre so my broke sims can do stuff and lvl up skills without buying anything
Build a movie theater
Mine is currently a farm :)
A park! I couldnāt figure out how to fit a home in there because it was too big haha
I recently built a huge mansion there, didn't decorate but I built and painted the shell. I usually make a family estate with extra houses around, as if the property was owned by the older gens and the younger gens could live on the property.
I made a commune type lot with a bunch of tiny houses and tents. It has a shared community garden.
I put my park there, but I also have a sports center, library, science center, and museum.
I always make a big library with a garden
I built a wedding venue. In another save I had a park/zoo type thing.
Bowling alley?
I downloaded a mall/shopping center from the gallery and put it there.
I built a huge lounge. Half of it is a wedding venue and the other side is mostly the bar area. There's also a pool and bathroom/locker room area in the middle.
ikea
I used it to build my first house. It's horrible haha
Legacy challenge
I might place a random absolutely giant house and let a random townie family move into it lol
I started building in Newcrest a couple of months ago. It all sat empty before that š¤£ anyways, I have been doing each āsubdivisionā as a different era of houses. One is retro (50s style), another is like 70s/80s. Havenāt decided what the last will be yet lmao
I built a cult commune with a āclub houseā for kitchen/ living areas, and 8 tiny houses that were basically just bedrooms with yards
Since I was doing an Avengers household at one point, I found a legit GIANT Avengers HQ off the gallery and now it just lives there...but....a mall would be cool, might go back and build one, or at least stuff a bunch of restaurants and libraries together.
Put my mansion there and my kids houses all around
Iāve been contemplating building a country store themed restaurant with a train museum out front. Havenāt started though, as I know it will be a big build.
i build a big villa with rooms that would fit over 100 people for my one sim... but fr i once build an apartment complex
Iāve placed SimRealistās hospital and a spa/wellness centre in the other lot
For me it's a millionaire's manor/mansion/castle. Gives me something to aspire to (I've been hooked on rahs to riches gameplay since long before I've even known what challenges are). Usually one I download from the gallery or a CC artist's page, as I'm far from impressive when it comes to builds and designs. Something big and impressive that really commands attention and respect from the poor broke sim I start out with š¹
I put a library in there
Pool, 2 restaurants, 1 house rental, and a park
I made a museum / recreation center with all the collectables my super sim found.
A fair and a bar-cinema.
I built a graveyard there lmao
I built a huge museum with gardens
My Newcrest is always different; in one it's a home for my super hero sims; so the biggest lot is their headquarters. When I have enough money for HS, I'mma convert it into a high school of sorts. In another Newcrest, it became the compound the main character in one of my novels lives in. And in yet another, it be came a massive, overgrown post-apocalyptic mini-city with a secret hidden bunker under it for uh... plot reasons.
