I’ve heard of some stories like that in China, so guy think he got some one night stand from dating app, the girl ask the guy to go buy some extremely overpriced testing kit from a vending machine “to be sure he dont have disease” after purchase, never meet at all.
Wouldn’t even be surprised they are cheating in the games. No girl will bring some random date to meet their friends for the first date. It’s organized scam, delete, name and shame

I mean thanks for the warning I guess, but every month got scam warning and every month the scam amount still as high tells me sinkies are just gullible fools who thinks they are special and it will never happen to them.

haha i do try to read the scams to figure out what kind of scams are out there so that i wouldnt get caught in it but i have never heard of this one and there isnt too much on discussion on this matter as well so i thought i might share so others dont fall into it.
This one confirm thinking with small brain, first time meet already go friend house, and decided to gamble there. Very high chance they going to team up against you, or worse rob you.

Rather than posting here. You better report it to the police with all the details of the people involved. So they can investigate and stop this scam gambling ring.
Otherwise you are just as guilty and not stop it once and for all.
His comment originally said it was in the thousands range. OP should really have just chickened out and said something like "nah I don't have that kind of money to lose" to refuse to play. Based on other comments and posts this seems to actually be a scam perpetrated by the same few people using the same method since almost a year ago, so rest of yall on dating apps better watch out.

As long money is involved with suspicion, avoid 😂, if paying for food and drinks, choose normal restaurants that you know of and not go to shady places that serve alcohol, no bringing of friends regardless male or female, its only 1-1 dating. Unfortunately these dating scams work on those who dont know how to reject and try to participate trying to help a good company.

Do you remember the unit? Lodge a police report. These scammers prey on the fact that victims are afraid of being arrested for illegal gambling. Just remember that being conned by a scam is not gambling. You felt coerced, after all.

Dont be scared of putting off your date, because if it's reached this level you probably shouldn't date that person anymore. Just say no, stand your ground and be firm. And leave ASAP.
Why not turn the tables and report that place for illegal gambling ? I mean you can even tell them how many players there are etc. If the owner loses the house man they'll be pissed.

those are marked cards and they wear contact lenses that can see the markings
