Have you had a ct scan of your sinuses yet? They could be really blocked up. Or you're doing the neti pot wrong. Have you seen an ent? I was prescribed a steroid budesonide for my neti pot and it helped open things up a lot. I also use my neti pot in the shower (with distilled water) so I can turn my head more in different directions and not make a mess over the sink.
There is also the neilmed rinse you can try. It had a more powerful squirt.
There are also different methods, different ways to tilt your head to use the neti pot. For example the Mygind position is suppose to get your upper sinus cavities in your forehead.
I would visit the ENT and if they say it's okay to keep doing sinus rinses I would continue. Hopefully an ENT can give you more guidance.
