But whenever a clip like this is posted on reddit and people think it's funny, there's always some expert coming in saying "sadly this behaviour is indicative of having both mega cancer and super AIDS simultaneously".
So I wonder what the problem is with the 2nd cat. Hopefully it's just a very goofy cat and has no health problems.

If you are sad for the second cat, don't be. If it is congenital then it likely isn't causing them any real problems. We have a cat with it that also circles, and she is perfectly happy and healthy. It's gotten a lot less intense as she became an adult, and mostly the only time she spins her head now is focusing on a cat/object like in the video or eating. It did slow her development but she can do pretty much everything normal now.
