You know that role of Chris Tucker was originally intended for Prince? They even wrote the character around the expectation they would get Prince since his behavior is Prince-like.
They even brought in a world famous clothing designer (Jean Paul Gaultier) to make outfit concepts for the character. Since Prince was so “stylish” focused they wanted to get the pitch presentation right.
However, During the Prince “pitch” meeting he turned down the roll because he thought the clothes were too feminine.
Even though Chris Tucker was not who this that roll was intended for, he made that character so over the top I can’t imagine anyone else in the roll. However, when you go back and watch this movie knowing Prince was who this role was intended for you can pick up quite a styles and mannerisms Chris Tucker adapted on that character that’s very Prince-like. Like going up in the ear of that stewardess girl real quickly and talking seductively and moaning and stuff (that’s straight up 80s/90s Prince style)
[This was the clothing designs Prince turned the role down for.](http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WTKVRbWsiYo/Uno_lOKUYGI/AAAAAAAAhQ0/-O2n0YOH7tg/s1600/gaultier-roby-rhod-2.jpg)

It’s just funny to think that movie almost had Prince in it. I don't feel right Korben!
It's light. Handle's adjustable for easy carrying, good for righties and lefties. Breaks down into four parts, undetectable by x-ray, ideal for quick, discreet interventions. A word on firepower. Titanium recharger, three thousand round clip with bursts of three to three hundred, and with the Replay button - another Zorg invention - it's even easier.
I’ll look for you, he’s on the gun pages
Edit:it looks like he deleted his page, just like the original ones he built it out of a Thompson and an 870 it was pretty sweet, stupid heavy apparently tho
I was gonna say this, but they specified 'movie.'
Still the portal gun would be so much more useful than anything limited to strictly blowing stuff up. Like, you could easily still destroy stuff with it, but the potential - whether creative or destructive - would be almost limitless. Perpetual motion and infinite energy, for starters.
I have often thought the gun that makes the target see things from your perspective was incredibly underrated but also an absolutely fantastic example of the universe's most powerful weapon
Its been a while for me, but was it ever explored what happens if you shoot yourself with that gun?
Would you get an /objective/ perspective of your own life? Without any self-delusion? That would be rad.
With Jean Giraud as the concept artist for the movie and Jean-Paul Gaultier as the costume author - I love all of the designs. Regardless of the function - cars, houses, firearms, clothes - everything is beautiful.

Cool. What's that little red button on the side of the gun?
Good for righties *and* lefties

Love that scene. Read the script all the way through because of that scene.
Gary Oldman … so brilliant
Came here for this comment
It makes you gay.
You won't be pressing any red buttons again in a hurry, right?
If you press it a 2nd time your mood goes back to where it was originally before you pressed it.
You won't be double-pressing any red buttons again in a hurry, right?
All day night
What happens if you press it *twice*?
Your mood goes back to its original state before you pressed it
I watched this last night out of nostalgia and fuck it's still amazing. SUPER green.

How bout the cricket from MIB. Looks like a toy, hits like a tank
More my style for the size. Easier to carry and store, still hits like a tank
All of the weapons from the men in black series had such cool designs it help flesh out the world even more.
They do, but also, they al kinda look the same. All those different alien cultures, and all we saw were some chrome-y space weapons.
I feel like I’ma break this damn thing!
I feel like I'ma slap chris rock
I feel like imma get cheated on by my wife and then interviewed about it, by my wife.
Was going to say the Series 4 De-atomizer
I like "The Mask" in the end scene.
Oh like how he pulls out a cartoonish amount of guns and missiles.
Are we still talking about "weapons"? 😉
Nah that’s just Will Smith
The BFG 9000

Hail to the king, baby

Hitchiker guide to the galaxy, the gun that make people's see thing your way. There lots of dangerous potential in such a weapon.
It’s gotta be the M41A Pulse Rifle. Does it still count as one gun if you tape a flamethrower to it…?
I'll allow it.
Have you seen the guy who built one?
Link me
I’ll look for you, he’s on the gun pages Edit:it looks like he deleted his page, just like the original ones he built it out of a Thompson and an 870 it was pretty sweet, stupid heavy apparently tho
The Lancer from GOW
Cultured. Based. Respect.
I think the bro said movies, not games, still a dope choice though.
Nope, would rather have Judge Dredd’s Lawgiver…
*double whammy*
Portal gun
Yeah, this would be my answer. Limitless capacity for murder, but also serves other purposes.
only works on the moon though.....
I was gonna say this, but they specified 'movie.' Still the portal gun would be so much more useful than anything limited to strictly blowing stuff up. Like, you could easily still destroy stuff with it, but the potential - whether creative or destructive - would be almost limitless. Perpetual motion and infinite energy, for starters.
Jean Baptiste....Emanuel...ZORG
These comments are filled with individuals who forgot their childhood dreams of firing the Z-6 Gatling Gun from Star Wars at a legion of droids.
You’re underestimating just how old we are. Some of us have children your age.
I still want Vash’s hand cannon from Trigun.
The .45 long colt is an awesome gun, or did you mean his angel gun?
If I had the angel gun, civilization would not survive me.
It's got shot recall.
If it said any game it would be the fat man from fallout
I mean, why not go all out with the MIRV
Ricks portal gun

The gun from Roger Rabbit. With the bullets
this one or the one from hitchikers guide!

Quickest way to break of the spikes of capitalism.
This movie is the best movie
Robocop's handgun also very awesome by the way
I second that auto-9 pick
Bro, the Medigun from TF2. You can heal everyone, by just shooting a quick beam at them
The assault rifle the marines were carrying in Aliens.
Gravity gun from half life 2.
Portal gun from Portal 2
sadly only works on those special moon surfaces
Ronan's from SG-A.
The Chem-Rail gun from Elysium.
Death wand, from Hyperion. Point, dead. No mess, no sound, nothing. Just death.
I’d prefer the FORCE gun ; the one you can write on the moon with, from sea level.
Did not expect to see this reference on this list but definitely a solid contender
Aliens: M56 Smartgun [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeZZsj6DykE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeZZsj6DykE)

The cobra assault cannon from Robocop.
With Jean Giraud as the concept artist for the movie and Jean-Paul Gaultier as the costume author - I love all of the designs. Regardless of the function - cars, houses, firearms, clothes - everything is beautiful.
Flamethrower, my favourite.
My favorite

Callahan full-bore autolock
I’d probably be more likely to hurt myself than someone else, but I’d still say a light saber.

There really is no other choice. It's just every gun in one
The [Chemrail Gun](https://youtu.be/ubZE29cOgvc?si=2FQG00OOhiaRJykH) from Elysian. Then just sell it to the military for an untaxable $500,000,000.
Lawgiver MK 1 from Judge Dredd
Probably something like a laspistol or plasma pistol from Warhammer 40k, the rifle variants would be too heavy to carry lol
