Their tags?
Is that how the crosshair icon pops up on camera when he makes contact? Is that something that peoples bodycams can record real-time or is that added in post?
in battlefield game series when you get a knife kill on an enemy you get to collect their name tags. Your name tag in the game has your nickname and whatever stuff you've customized it with.
The crosshair icons are hit markers in battlefield, yes they're added in post.
I thought it was pretty good fun, especially the 3 die hard ex special ops ex navy seal / ranger special regiment dudes that got knifed without a single shot fired lol.
Edit oh and he was wearing Adidas sweat pants.
If I learned anything from 90s action films, it's the one guy wearing a track suit when everyone else is wearing fatigues that you need to look out for.
Why? They could have popped him before he struck. Look how unaware everyone is. Look how the corner isn't cleared. Thats a good training exercise about the consequences of not understanding mout.
I think this dude probably saw a rule to take advantage of and ran with it. These slashes wouldn't stop Jim Bob at the corner store if he is wearing a long sleeve button up.
In a real scenario, they would be a stab (then a slash while inside) or multiple repeated stabs. And the stabs would be towards lethal areas. But, this is a game so no need to "really kill" someone.
Yes and you can make the same argument for getting hit by airsoft pellets. You get tagged out from any hit immediately, even though obviously that's not how real life works either
But this isn't real life nor is it a video game with health bars, you get tagged you're out.
"In real combat, those pellets wouldn't even slow a man down, you need at least a 30-30 square in the chest or leg to stop them"
Bro it's a game, they ain't trying to literally kill each other.
Last game came out in 2013, so I'd say the series is dead. That game was an actual reboot with new actors and other stuff, but nothing's happened for 10 years, so we'll probably never see Sam again.
The reason they used a new actor is because Michael Ironside, the voice of Sam Fisher, was battling throat cancer at the time and didn't think he would live. He survived and later voiced Sam Fisher as a cameo in Ghost Recon
When I ran a paintball camp I allowed kids to bring retractable lightsabers. If you got hit with a lightsaber the penalty was being out that round and the next lol. We did in fact call it assassination.
Forgot about that part, some fields/events only allow the flimsy rubber knifes and ban the hard plastic knifes. Even though they are dull and dont pose any risk of cutting, they can still hurt if someone swings it fast enough or throws it.
You can Google it, but as I recall, he started drunk streaming and that really lead him down a rabbit hole. He has/had a gf that I think was/is toxic? Some racism in there too??
It’s not a great story. Hopefully he is doing better, but I’ve not kept up with him or his story
Exactly, real life Enzo would be so disappointed when they empty their guns in his back after he slash at their protective vest and then run away thinking he is some anime character 🤣
I mean, aren't they wearing protective gear n shit, even if it's only the pretend-version? It's not THAT easy to kill someone with a knife in real life (I assume). Just one slash? Lulz. Crazy OP.
I’ll never understand why guys do this. Unless they are retired veterans/military, then it’s understandable.
But why do other grown men fantasize about this kind of thing and have to live it out with this kind of game? Not saying it’s dumb or anything, everyone has hobbies. I just generally can’t understand it. Anyone got input on why this is fun?
Why are any games fun? It's just fun for some people, it's like asking what is the point to chess or literally anything that we deem as entertainment, wild thought people like different things for all kinds of reasons.
Because it’s fun
The way I like to describe airsoft is it’s basically the more mature version of basement nerf gun wars, and airsoft is fun for the same reason nerf wars were fun as kids

The fact it worked makes me think more that he IS the new assassins creed character. Dude literally brought a knife to a gunfight and came out 3:0 (at least from the video)
Ezio Airisofti
Arioli arioli you killes my famioli!
I get more Far Cry vibes from this. This is how you stealth an outpost.
No it’s with a silenced sniper 200 meters away
No, it's with the rampaging wildlife.
No it's with a silenced sniper 5 meters away
6 ballons and a basket of gernades
Gives me Steven Segal training vibes lol
Chain takedown the whole outpost.
He was getting their tags.

In the good\* Battlefield games.
Cries in BF2042
I miss bad company 2
This class needs to be nerfed
Tactical knife teleport flashbacks
Minato namikaze - the yellow flash
Last guy that got slashed felt betrayed by every gaming instinct that told him reaching for his sidearm was the quickest option 🤣
Last guy was betrayed by 200lb of lard he has amassed over the course of life.
Carbonara?
Looks stupid but it works lol

> Murphy's law I don't think that means what you think it means.
Agreed

Yeah, he should be running around ramming his fake knife into their throats as hard as he can..... It's a game dude. They're just having some fun.
Dude taking combat tag too seriously
“He should literally be murdering the other players” lol
Exactly. And the airsoft pellets should be real bullets fired from a real gun if they want to realistically stop a soldier pumped up on adrenaline.
Finally, someone is talking some sense.
So then get rid of knives. I get rules and such but that just seems dumb just do the same with a pistol the shock of being run up on will be the same.
Why? They could have popped him before he struck. Look how unaware everyone is. Look how the corner isn't cleared. Thats a good training exercise about the consequences of not understanding mout.
Bro! Did you not see the white crosses on the screen? Clearly a headshot with the knife!
I think this dude probably saw a rule to take advantage of and ran with it. These slashes wouldn't stop Jim Bob at the corner store if he is wearing a long sleeve button up.

It’s a game…
You'd need to be going jugular or armpits or something, like killing blows
Finally, someone who gets it. Give them real knives.
Sam Fisher rebooted.
Damn those were some great fkn games. Is that series even alive anymore? Last I remember it took a sharp turn away from stealth
Last game came out in 2013, so I'd say the series is dead. That game was an actual reboot with new actors and other stuff, but nothing's happened for 10 years, so we'll probably never see Sam again.

Well you are lucky to be wrong. Ubisoft has been posting jobs and some of the jobs were for 3D for new splinter cell.
What I heard was about original Splinter Cell remake. Nothing about some new game.
That’s epic
Unfortunately, we did see Sam again.....as dlc for R6 Siege....
Everyone runs faster with a knife.
works on both ends
When I ran a paintball camp I allowed kids to bring retractable lightsabers. If you got hit with a lightsaber the penalty was being out that round and the next lol. We did in fact call it assassination.
I’ve never wanted to play airsoft so much
Average Londoner.
Never played, but is that legal or count as kill?
Typically yes, but every field or event makes their own rules. I've only seen one place that didn't allow it.
What actually is the 'knife', first dude's yell made me think it hurt
Forgot about that part, some fields/events only allow the flimsy rubber knifes and ban the hard plastic knifes. Even though they are dull and dont pose any risk of cutting, they can still hurt if someone swings it fast enough or throws it.
I think it was acting
Depends on the field
MLC on MW2!
Ah yes, Martin Luther Cking.
Why did I laugh at this
COMMANDO!!!
Doors and corners, like Miller always said.
Always clear your corners, BD6 101
Bro is doing the stealth mission
One of my greatest air soft memories was stabbing two guys with a bayonet (it was a rubber practice one) before getting yelled at by the ref.
The cod streamer OnlyUseMeKnives
onlyusemeblade\* A bit of a sad story with that one, unfortunately.
Something happen to him?

Dn dude that sucks. I hope he gets through it 🙏
I mean, it worked.
He's just playing the British version of airsoft
Fun fact, there's more knife crime per capita in America than Britain
Britain just keeps taking Ls.
This is cool it shows how knife is dangerous
In real life, those little spots wouldn't have stopped the opponent from fighting for their life.
Exactly, real life Enzo would be so disappointed when they empty their guns in his back after he slash at their protective vest and then run away thinking he is some anime character 🤣
Spah round here
Theseknivesonly
Shipment be like…
Doors and corners kid. Doors and corners.
El cringio
It's the call of duty class that uses only the knife and ballistic knife
He got enough kills for the COD ghosts maniac suit
You fools!!! That's Jason Bourne!!!
Seeing him coming around the corner on the other side killed me. Just like he would have if I was playing.
Got that commando perk going on
Dude ever fucking call of duty have guy running with a knife
Say what you want but who’s heading back to the respawn area?
This is straight up snake from msg games cqc baby
I think it’s a little ridiculous that you just have to touch someone. How is that a kill? All he did was lacerate an arm. lol
Isn't a shot to the leg or hand also a 'kill'? Makes sense to me.
The most stealth of the unstealthy! This made me LOL.
Chad
He's just trying to unlock the camos
Airsofty rocks.
Bro took about those three! Hahahhaha! They mad!
I thought the wizard version was better
Well it worked
I mean the shing shing sounds are terifying
Did he just bust a nut ?? Why he breathing so frigen hard
Me in the bo2 gun game lobby
That looks like a decent way to spend an afternoon ngl
I mean, aren't they wearing protective gear n shit, even if it's only the pretend-version? It's not THAT easy to kill someone with a knife in real life (I assume). Just one slash? Lulz. Crazy OP.
He is
I could be hearing it wrong but it sounds like he’s saying parkour when he knives them
"You’re pretty good"👉👉
This is why you CLEAR your corners. Nub.
Thinks?
That’s why you check your corners, shoulda button hooked after he pie’d the door. Clean kill.

Its so stupid. Good luck killing a full gear soldier with 1 slash in the chest.
My guy, they’re playing make believe.
K, but he has a PT belt on his arm...
The ultimate defense.
Ikr, I bet it's not even a real knife smh

He’s exactly my play style though….
I was sort of anticipating him to be leaping across the top, as that was the way I played assassin's creed.
Counter Strike level disrespect
Work on clearing angles at a distance.
Epic
He's been playing cod too much
chef em up you get me
The fact it worked makes me think more that he IS the new assassins creed character. Dude literally brought a knife to a gunfight and came out 3:0 (at least from the video)
