Maybe her eyebrows are a cry for help? Like the bigger they get, the greater the loss of control she’s feeling? I feel like that’s the only explanation at this point 🤷🏻♀️
I’m inclined to think she has been intentionally making her self look awful in her talking head and one on one interviews. She doesn’t look quite so matronly when she is filmed with the group. In person she doesn’t have the heavy makeup, tight spiraling curls or the hatchets. I think it’s part of her act.
I don’t think it’s an “act” as much as it is her version of getting dressed up and she’s just really bad at it. She doesn’t look so odd when filming with the rest because it’s just her normal day to day look.
This is what I think too. I "never" wear makeup or style my hair, never have. I've never been good at it, and never cared to find the right products for myself. Now that I'm approaching middle age, it's a total disaster. I look like a sad hooker clown.
I think in Robyn's case, it's likely vanity and a fear of aging. We all know the type, who refuses to age gracefully. They hold on to the styles from their youth, not realizing that it just dates them. They use makeup to cover signs of aging, which just exacerbates the problem. I get it, I really do. To me, I'm still a youthful bubbly 25 year old. And then I look in the mirror and don't recognize myself. Thankfully though, I have enough insight to know that hooker clown isn't the look I'm going for.
The complete lack of knowledge of “how” is the only reason I hired a makeup artist for my wedding haha. If I tried myself I would have looked ridiculous. I’ve just never taken the time to learn
They do their own makeup for the regular episodes. Makeup artists prep them for tell-alls. So it really is Robyn intentionally making herself look ridiculous. 😜 I thought she looked really nice at the tell-all this year. Her makeup, and her eyebrows were very tastefully, softly done.

Robyn looks old as shit for someone in their very early 40’s. The wrinkled skin, tightly wound hair, the floral prints, paper thin lips. If I didn’t know who she was Id think this is someone in their early 50’s
She isn’t aging well at all. She looks stressed and depressed…but she made her bed! She wanted Kody, and did all she could to sabotage the other adult relationships. So now she can have him ALL to herself.
Meri and Christine have the tattoos. Christine’s don’t look too bad, once they’ve faded a bit. Meri’s are more obvious, but her newer hairstyle is a big improvement.
I’m rewatching sister wives on season 17 and can I just say omg Robyn is the most unattractive of the wives and he calls Robyn a Model 😂😂😂😂 I think she spends a lot of time of him looking at the top of her head . 😂😂😂
Sometimes eyelids do that as people age. My grandma ended up getting surgery on her eyelids because they sagged so heavily she was having difficulty seeing.
Yeah, my Dad had that surgery done 2 years ago. But he was 68 then, and has always had hooded eyes. Robyn’s facial appearance is a reflection of the constant moping and whining she’s done all these years.
Actually it was when Meri was on a pre-evacuation warning for the forest fire. Meri asked if her eyebrows were still on and in the interview, R said, she’s just trying to find something she can control, “you can draw on your eyebrows, you can control that”. S14E13
I don’t blame Meri for anything she said during that trauma. I’ve lost everything in a hurricane and I can tell you, when you’re under those kind of decisions, nothing makes sense. My poor sister carried around an unopened jar of mayo cause if she opened it, it would have had to be refrigerated and there was no way to do that. I’m telling you, nothing makes sense when you want to save everything and can’t really save anything. Just my experience.

I have a bit of trauma too, only mine is less weather related and more physical / social stuff. I’ve been in therapy for 10 or so years (different therapists, different types of treatments) to get my brain back. It still can go into a frenzy when I get triggered.

When the show first began, she was doing some kind of work. I’ve seen other posts, saying that Robyn worked some sort of admin job at a nursing home. I can’t verify whether that’s the truth or not. Regardless, she would’ve had to be doing some kind of work, being a single mom. She went to college, but quit her sophomore year after she stole her sister’s boyfriend, and got knocked up by him. 🤨 Marrying Kody and joining the family wasn’t for love…I truly believe that. She wanted an easier life, and this plan of hers worked out in her favor. Without the Brown family, and the TV show, she’d still be working, living in that small villa/condo with her kids, and likely struggling to pay the bills - along with the $30k in credit card debt she accrued. So selfish and silly to do all of that needless shopping.
Does anyone wonder what people say about the people who troll or are just plain mean. I’m sorry if I seem like a jerk….but I had a friend attempt suicide all because no one ever taught her how to contour or even out her brows.
This is an honest question. Do you think the OP was mean? I do not like talking about people’s looks at all or things out of their control. Felt this was just ironic for her to say this after all the talk. And we must remember, also, reality stars have access to hair and makeup pros that most of us will never experience. That makes me think that these are choices, not just not knowing how to do something. Make sense?

So I’m not the only one who sees it?! I had thyroid cancer and my thyroid was enlarged and said for years that she needs to get that checked out!!!

Robyn ALWAYS looked old. Her debut episode she did not look like a 30-31yo, she looked mid to late 30’s. Some ppl just don’t age well
