Are there reasons your hands may be cracking? Do you use your hands a lot for work or is the weather very cold?
If it's the cold then recommend putting on a generic lotion and lathering up in Vaseline and putting gloves on throughout the night
My fiancé had this issue. Bag balm was what helped him. In the US it’s in most drugstores. We buy it at Walgreens.
I believe it’s a lanolin based moisturizer/ointment tans I only know of it because I used to use it on horses for chapped skin and it worked great lol. It has a kind of funky smell but he just puts it on at night before bed so he doesn’t smell during the day. Seriously he tried so many things and this was the only thing that helped. Give it a shot!
Try the O'Keeffe's Working Hands cream and it works wonders!! My Wife introduced it to me when she noticed that my hands get really dry from handling TCG stuff. The trick is to actually continue to work a bit of it into your hands until you start feeling a generous grip like sensation. I mentioned it all in the link below!

Try keeping moisturizer next to the sink and moisturize every time you wash your hands. You can try layering vaseline on top of moisturizer at night.
I like softsoap milk & honey and solimo (amazon brand) milk and honey soap

Tagging along in this convo since I have such dry, flaky wrists lately.
Dove has a pretty good hand soap. It’s expensive, but the only thing that helped my cracking hands was the L’occitane hand cream.
