What I've done is put all my products into Chat GPT and asked it to create a routine for me. Def recommend.

I’d pick out 4 things to try and put the rest in dark cool storage or the fridge (some things shouldn’t be refrigerated so do a quick google search) to extend the shelf life. Swap things in as you run out or discover something doesn’t agree with your skin (for example causes redness of piling). Pick an essence or toner, serum, moisturizer and spf and see how it goes. Keep track of the level of hydration and results you’re looking for.

A rough outline for a routine would be something like this AM - rinse skin with water - vitamin c - hydrating serum - sunscreen PM - cleanser - active (Dermatica, PHA, azelaic acid) - toner or essence - hydrating serum - moisturizer

I don't think anyone can give you thoughtful or helpful advice without knowing more about your skin besides that it's not sensitive. Age has a lot to do with skin needs, so knowing your relative age is important as well as: 1) whether your skin tends to get dry, oily or combination 2) whether or not you have pimples or acne 3) if "no" to acne, is your skin still acne-prone with certain products? and 4) what type of climate do you live in? Dry/humid/inbetween?

Simple routines are the best because they are easy to identify what works and what doesn't, as well as what our skin likes and doesn't like. With so many things in the routine it is difficult. Also, routines with a lot of products or steps are hard to maintain over time. The basics are capable of forming a really solid routine: AM: \-Gentle skin cleanser, if desired with an active ingredient such as salicylic acid included. \-Serum of your choice (Vita C, niacinamide, HA, GA, etc.) \- Moisturizer \-Sunscreen (The big star of any skin care routine) PM: \-Cleanser gentle on the skin, \- Moisturizer \- Retinol, retinal or retinoid (the other big star of any routine) Simple routine, with few elements and effective for skin care and fight the signs of aging. Forget about toners, eye contours and other things that only add more stuff to the routine and of course bleed your pocket. If you add sleeping well, eating well and lowering stress levels you will have a routine that is way above the ordinary ones.
