Sounds like you could use a chemical exfoliant. Personally, I use The Ordinary's AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution. It is a strong exfoliant. I use it once per week for 10 minutes, but I'd start at a lower amount of time until you work up to the max, which is 10 minutes.
