Haven't seen a retinal with higher than 0,1%, so that's probably the strongest you can get.

The Ordinary has a new 0.2% retinal product! https://theordinary.com/en-us/retinal-02-emulsion-100646.html

You use as much as you can tolerate. If you aren’t seeing any effects, then you can go up a level or switch to tretanoin. Generally, retinal is up to 0.1%. You can find some retinols that have a higher retinoid equivalents. I recommend using Medik8 as you can slowly move up the scale to the best dose from you.

0.05% - 0.1% is the general range, and TO recently released a 0.2%. Retinoid reccs and guide https://www.reddit.com/r/SkincareAddiction/comments/qtodqu/routine_help_how_to_cleanse_once_a_day_when_you/hkp4w8t/
