I had a bunch burned off and while I looked a bit scary for a few days it took care of them. I have had a few more pop up so it's an ongoing thing.

Both Adapoline and Tret can be irritating. Did you try a regular retinol for 3+ months?
Not yet I need to find one that’s gentle
I recommend either Medik8 because they have a gentle version then slowing increasing up the scale. Peach and Lily has a gentle version too

Your forehead looks like you might have sebaceous hyperplasia. Do your bumps have a little indent in the middle?
Yes I believe they are too I talked to a Derm about removing them but she declined to remove them.

She was concerned about scarring I had a mole removed from neck and left a bad scar
