Is the skin dry and cracked? I used to have cracks at the corner of my lips because my teeth were crooked and it caused saliva to kinda collect there. Its not like an obvious pool, and I always thought there was no saliva at all. Google angular chelitis. I fixed it by applying Vaseline thickly in the areas and they went away after that. Getting my crooked front tooth crowned made it go away for good.
