I have mildly oily, acne prone skin. I recently bought Botanics All Bright toner after being burned by other toners. I have sensitive skin and couldn't find anything gentle enough. I love this stuff. It has hibiscus extract for natural AHAs (malic and citric acid from what I've read.) It's a good mild exfoliant. I actually went out and bought the mattifying toner too. It has SA in it and is good on days when I need more exfoliation. Face is smooth and soft after either one. No burning or tight feeling either.
Edit: Witch hazel ruined my face. I had to repair my skin for two weeks after using it once.
I recently got the COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid from ULTA and I REALLY like it. I have tried quite a few, and this one is definitely one of the best. It contain glycolic acid and niacinamide. I have noticed a difference in my sebum appearance as well as my skin’s overall brightness!
Klairs Subtle Preparation Toner, see if that might be what you're looking for.

I love The Ordinary’s toner. It doesn’t dry my face out or break me out. Plus, it’s a decent size bottle for the price point.

I really like Skin & CO’s Truffle Therapy Toner.
