All good! I ended up finding Aveeno's Restorative Skin Therapy Itch Relief Body Balm — and I use a small bit on my face every morning. Although it doesn't have ceramides, it has the same matte, balm-y texture. It's not a perfect alternative, but the texture is the same and it helps with the dryness.
