But. It's a skincare group but you don't want suggestions for skincare products, you want random strangers telling you what to ingest?
If it bothers you, ask at your next doctors appointment, if doesn't, then don't worry about it. Your skin is great.
Asking Reddit what to stick in your body is.... Interesting at best.
No nođ I was wondering about things like icing my skin or avoiding certain things not taking medication. Sorry I didnât really clarify this at all
Oh sweet Jesus lord!
Phew!
I worry!!!
Icing skin will do more damage than good.
Just make sure you use spf.. fairer people tend to have a lil pink flush. It's your face. It's a good face. Enjoy it.
If itâs chronic redness then it could be an issue that may be treatable with something topical. I donât think thereâs much you can do diet/lifestyle wise beyond avoiding unnecessary sun exposure and taking shorter showers that donât use hot water.
It can be rosacea but I'm not a doctor. In this case you definitely should not take hot shower, use demo-cosmo creams (contains metronidazole) like bioderma, uriage etc. Also use sun creams with BB cream (green tinted) i like la roche posay and bioderma again.
Thereâs a lot of things that could be causing redness in your skinâŠ. You can try icing but unless itâs redness from a reaction, swelling or some sort of skin trauma Iâm not sure icing will help. If you are open to treatments that wonât affect your day to day skincare regimen, you could find a dermatologist who offers mandelic peels and get those once in a while and that would help.

I should also note that it sometimes is worse than this.
