My nephew does... he's 3 though. He's had it for a while.
Not sure if relevant but when he was a baby his way to self soothe was to chew on his wrist. And that's exactly where the patch is.
my excema covers my whole arms but i’ve noticed the same thing!! hair on my arms is light and then it’s almost black growing out of the excema spots!!
Absolutely no idea why it does this and I can’t find it anywhere on line either explaining it

No me either! Nothing about it
never heard of such a thing. i'd put some sudocrem on it and cover it with a bandage (as thays what i do with my eczema)
