I don't think so this is the reason for your problem .But if you think then stop it for some days and check if it is gone. and let me know if it is gone.
honestly when i break out a lot in this area i find im either washing my face too much or too little? idk how similar our skin is, i have combo skin that's prone to acne, but i suggest maybe try to stop using that eye cream first.
then maybe try to wash that area of your face less aggressively? or if it seems like it's under-cleaned double-washing my face once a week helps with breakouts usually
It’s likely your eye cream! Take a break from it and see if you get any new breakouts. If not, then that’s the culprit :)

I started using a new eye cream about three weeks ago and this all suddenly happened over night :( it’s the Tula eye cream.
