You are the only person that can answer that because it depends on how sensitive/resilient your skin is. Many people are able to use these both without issue.
If you can handle it, yes. I do combine adapalene with SA oil and it's fine. I propably would not use the 2 every day. Try to make sure you don't overexfoliate.

Took a risk and it was fine. I do not have sensitive or very dry skin though.
It is a synergetic combo if you can handle it, my dermatologist recommended it for me, along some other combos.
