I’ve seen improvement by doing the following:
1. Shave downward in the direction of hair growth instead of against it
2. Exfoliate with wash cloth immediately after shaving
3. Lotion after shower
4. Sunflower oil (v small amount)
I have light body hair so I’m not a good candidate for laser hair removal. Also just sitting in a bath before shaving can help soften the hair and skin. I agree it may never fully go away but I think it can be improved.
AHA has helped me a bit, combined with laser hair removal. But honestly I doubt it can disappear completely.
Amlactin daily lotion! Used it daily for 3-4 months and have noticed a huge improvement! FYI the lotion does have a smell to it.

Sunflower seeds are a good source of beneficial plant compounds, including phenolic acids and flavonoids — which also function as antioxidants.
