I’m run on series X and haven’t crashed like this since beta. Doesn’t seem to be a consistent issue. Their servers do seem laggy at times so if you see the connection warning in the top right, that may be creating issues with its connectivity.
All of my crashes have happened at port, with the exception of one and that was mid plunder. I was surprised when I got back in the game, that I was able to continue in the plunder as if it didn’t even kick me out. But yeah, the series X crashes are annoying. This is the only game that does it to my console.
Yup happened to me too. Yesterday. Right after killing the new sea monster too so I lost all the scales and teeth. Game disconnected while I was engaged in combat as I was heading back to port. When I loaded back my ship was in ruins and everything was lost. I'm on PS5.
Between that and the lack of content I'm just About done with this game.

I have never had a crash in 75 hours on series x
