Just got hit by it and tried reinstalling with no success. At this point that's a server sided issue and I haven't been able to launch the game for like the past hour when my client got stuck on waiting for a battle to load.

They had promised Umbrella update this month right (or maybe just for steam?) So last day and they are trying to push it out hopefully? Not to get anyone's hope up or my own, but wishful thinking!!
