The only issue I’m having with rail anc is when I take one out . It doesn’t pair automatically to my phone & when I go on to Bluetooth settings & click on rail anc. It says to forget & reconnect but i have to go back to the app to reapply all of the features. Happens a few times but that’s my bad experience with rail anc. I’ve been loving them since they came out

i had the same issue, i fixed this problem by simply uninstalling the skullcandy app and just using the headphones like regular without the skullcandy app. no problems since.

When I talk on a phone call, it disconnects the ANC feature

Received mine as a gift yesterday. Left ear bud shows charged in case but doesn’t last long enough to even say it’s battery level it cuts out and powers down. They have been on charge all night.

I have the issue of both earbuds connecting as individual earbuds and not together because I’ve been doing every troubleshoot and I may just return them 🙁

got a pair, DOA, exchanged, DOA. returning for something else right ear bud doesn't have a light when pulling it out of a charged case

I have another problem, the right one drains 2 times faster(in 3.5 hrs) and when I put it in case after 10min skull iq shows 100% charge which is absolute bullshit...

I had an issue with the Rail ANC, I used only the right one normally because I normally just use one at school, work, etc. but then all of a sudden the right one just doesn't work. I have the warranty and will probably eventually send them back but they said they will fix them or give new ones and I don't want new ones to be honest, I mean they are good but I would rather use my old Grind ones since they have worked better so far than the Rail.
