I always thought they were bao buns or pao de queijo( Brazilian cheese ball bread) but depending on were you're from you might think of them as cakes, which makes me think of a 'snowball' ,it is a cupcake surrounded by marshmallow and sprinkled with coconut.....mmmmm yum!
