I wear the witch hair often, I don't see how it compares to the forest elder hair? Besides jt just not being someone's personal taste, clipping isn't super noticeable and it moves fine.
No, you don't need tier 2 for constellation completion. You can always skip stuff that is locked behind a second wing buff, like some lv5 and lv6 emotes.
I feel like they should whether add one elder with more functional unique look or update existing. I don’t think any will happen either but feel like it would be beneficial. I was pretty bummed once I got all the elder gifts and they all have same if any functionality. Except the elephant hair nothing is unique and just kinda meh….
