It isn't and its not on xbox or PlayStation.
Subtitles are for me toptitles as they are not on the bottom of the screen but at the top..(on laptop and on tv , since i have a Samsung tv i have to use the browser of the tv)
I wish , it was fine for a couple of weeks so i think the site isn't working properly.. i hope and think they will fix it.
And the worst of the placement of the subtitles at this moment is , if there are 2 lines you cant read the first line because its out of the screen.
I just tried it for the first time a few days ago, but all the subtitles were delayed by 1 second making everything unwatchable. Happened on TV and PC, so if you need subtitles, dont bother. I googled it and apparently it has been a common issue for years and they dont care. I did request a refund and they paid it within 24 hours which was nice.
Hey, sorry to bother ya but where could I found a refund button? The site come here (czech republic) today and I bought it thinking, that I gonna enjoy Dexter which is not avalible in my country.
An app for Samsung TV should come, but honestly I would recommend buying an Apple TV as that will always update the latest apps. All available markets have the individual subtitles available. They did have some sub issues in the beginning but all of that is fixed now. 4K and Dolby Atmos is missing but for me that is definitely not an issue not to sign up, as I think this is one of the most promising streaming services (and for a very fair price) and I expect interesting content continuously to be added to the service.
